Find out about different opportunities to get involved in carrying one another's burdens by offering your services or receiving help in the following areas:

* cooking for the sick or homebound (getting groceries, running errands), volunteer childcare in urgent cases (without pay)
* telephone hotline for moms (advice from experienced moms)
* hospital visitation (visit the sick at hospitals in your vicinity)
* prayer support
* services such as child care, tutoring, car repairs, plumbing, medical, financial, coaching etc. may be offered for network members on a barter system.
