What Are Life Groups?

Life Groups are about friends sharing their lives with one another. They are somewhere to belong, to grow, to serve, to share and to worship. It's where we learn how to do life together and serve others in practical ways. Most groups consist of 8-12 members that meet together in homes.

Why should I Join a Life Group?

As CIG grows bigger, Life Groups are a great way to make it "small" again. Something happens in a Life Group that doesn't happen in the big group! You "get connected" with other people to form meaningful, lasting relationships and receive personal encouragement, support, and prayer. The church isn't a place, name, building, or program -- it's people. If you want to meet people and grow in your relationship with God, being a part of a Life Group is the best place for you.

The mission of Life Group Ministry at CIG is

Leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

We believe that life change and spiritual growth happen best in a small group. Life Groups are a place to connect with people and get beneath the surface in order to get to know God and each other better.
