Who are we?

Christians! Just ordinary people who want to live their lives with God on a daily basis. People connect with God in different ways and we’ve discovered that our church helps us connect better.

Our experience is that God speaks to us through the Bible. That’s why the messages by our pastor are based on the Bible. We have found that the Bible is surprisingly applicable and relevant to daily life.

Is there something that sets us apart from other Christians?

Probably not, if these Christians (or churches) have the Bible as the basis of their faith. We believe God’s message to us in the Bible can be summed up in 3 brief statements:

- God loves everyone and desires to be in relationship with them.

- But because of sin this relationship has been broken.

- By Jesus’ death every sin, no matter how big, has been forgiven.

To which organisation do we belong?

None, however for legal reasons CIG is an official association, but as to faith we are independent. Faith of course is a very personal thing - each person has to come to grips with faith in God for himself. We enjoy a good relationship with other churches in the city.
